Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days due to the high volume of packages carriers receive. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached a local sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While carriers offer reliable service, errors and delays may occur, and we cannot be held responsible for these. Any errors or delays caused by the carrier must be resolved by contacting the carrier directly.

Return/Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we accept returns of defective items within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note that we do not accept returns of certain items for safety and sanitary reasons, including E-Liquids, Disposables, Replacement Coils & Pods, Drip Tips, Spare Parts like O-Rings and Glasses, Batteries, Atomizers such as RDA & Tanks, and Hemp products. Reward Points earned on purchases cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to past purchases. These points can only be used towards future purchases on our website.
If a carrier is unable to collect an adult signature and proof of ID, and a package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a $15 restocking fee from the refund of the order. We will only re-ship a replacement order after the original package has been returned to our facility and processed.
If we are unable to process a refund through the original payment method due to errors encountered during the transaction reversal process, we reserve the right to offer reimbursement in the form of Store Credit.
Please note that as of October 21, 2021, we reserve the right to process refunds after 30 days from the order date. This is due to changes in the carrier and longer transit times, resulting in some packages taking up to 30 days to be delivered.
International Orders
Customers who place international orders are responsible for knowing and complying with their country’s customs and importation laws. Additionally, customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and VAT fees associated with their order. Elite Vapes is not liable for packages that are seized by authorities or for any fees related to international duties. By purchasing products and having them shipped outside of the United States, customers accept responsibility for their purchase and acknowledge the laws governing such shipments. Typographical Errors
Elitevapes.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typos, incorrect information, or errors in pricing. If an order is cancelled after the customer’s credit card has been charged, elitevapes.com will issue a credit to the customer’s credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
